Polar Species Igloo Night Light for Baby Feeding with USB Power

This polar species igloo night light is a compact light source for baby feeding, night-time nappy changes, and general low-light use in the home. It measures 8.2 x 6.2 x 10.8 cm, so it takes up little space on a bedside table, shelf, or nursery surface. The shade is made from silicone and ABS, and the unit is available in blue or red. It uses a button-type switch and a 5 V USB power supply, with a 10000-hour average service life stated in the source information. The night light also includes a 30-minute timer, three brightness levels, and charging indicator behaviour. It is suitable for general gift giving and is designed in a modern and simple style.

Features and Construction

The night light combines a silicone and ABS shade with a button-type switch and USB power. Its stated functions include a night light mode, a 30-minute timer, and a normally on mode. The unit is controlled by tapping, which cycles through the first, second, and third brightness levels. The indicator light breathes while the night light is working and flashes quickly when charging. These details come directly from the supplied product information.

Material and Build

The shade material is silicone and ABS. Silicone is used in the stated shade construction, while ABS forms part of the same material mix. The product has a modern and simple style and an igloo shape based on the product name. The average service life is listed as 10000 hours. No further construction details, such as internal battery type, waterproof rating, or impact resistance, are provided in the source text. The available information therefore supports the stated materials and shape only.

Size and Practical Fit

The overall dimensions are 8.2 x 6.2 x 10.8 cm. This makes the night light a small item that can sit on a bedside table, dresser, or shelf without occupying much surface area. The compact size also makes it easy to move between rooms when needed. The source does not give a weight, base diameter, or cable length, so those details cannot be confirmed. The dimensions provided are the only measurements stated for this product.

Uses and Placement

The night light is intended for general use as a night light and is suitable for gift giving occasions described as universal. It can be placed in a nursery, bedroom, or other indoor space where a small USB-powered light is useful. The three brightness levels and 30-minute timer give practical control for different situations, from a dim glow during baby feeding to a brighter setting for moving around the room.

Event or Professional Use

The source describes the night light as suitable for universal gift giving occasions. It can therefore be given for birthdays, baby showers, or other general gift-giving events without a specific occasion restriction. The blue and red colour options provide two choices at the point of purchase. No professional, medical, or clinical use is stated in the source, so the product should be treated as a general night light rather than a specialist device.

Everyday Home Use

For everyday home use, the night light can be charged through a USB electrical outlet and then used without being plugged in during operation. The tap control cycles through three brightness levels, and the 30-minute timer can turn the light off after a set period. The ON mode stays on until it is manually switched off. The OFF setting turns the power off completely. These functions are all described in the supplied instructions.

Benefits and Buying Value

The main practical benefits come from the combination of USB charging, tap-controlled brightness, and a timer. Because the night light uses a USB power supply, it can be charged from commonly available USB outlets. The 30-minute timer can help avoid leaving the light on for long periods, while the three brightness levels allow you to choose a lower or higher output depending on the task. The stated service life is 10000 hours.

Reuse and Low Maintenance

The night light is rechargeable through USB, so it can be used repeatedly after charging. The source does not provide battery capacity, charging time, or replacement part details. Maintenance guidance is therefore limited to charging and operation: charge the unit when the indicator flashes quickly, and note that it stops working when battery voltage is below 3.15 V. The indicator light breathes while the night light is working and stays on when fully charged.

Why Choose This Product

This night light may suit buyers who want a small, USB-powered light with a silicone and ABS shade, tap-controlled brightness, and a 30-minute timer. It is available in blue or red and measures 8.2 x 6.2 x 10.8 cm. The source states a 5 V voltage, a button-type switch, a modern and simple style, and a 10000-hour average service life. The pack includes one night light, a data line, and a sticker. No price, savings, waterproof rating, or competitor comparison is provided in the source, so those claims are not made here.
