USB Rechargeable Motion Sensor Light with PIR Detection for Kitchen Cabinets

This round wireless LED puck light provides automatic illumination exactly where you need it, turning on when motion is detected within its 3 to 6 metre range and switching off after about 25 seconds of inactivity. Designed for dark environments such as kitchen cabinets, cupboards, wardrobes, hallways, and staircases, it removes the need for manual switches or permanent wiring. The compact 18x86mm form factor and simple adhesive or magnetic mounting make it a practical choice for renters, homeowners, and anyone seeking low-effort lighting upgrades.

Features and Construction

Built around a PIR smart sensor chip, this light combines reliable motion detection with energy-saving auto-off functionality. Its construction uses durable ABS and PC materials, and the unit is fully USB rechargeable.

Material and Build

The housing is made from ABS plastic, offering impact resistance and a lightweight design. The shade is polycarbonate (PC), which diffuses light evenly and resists yellowing over time. The lamp measures 18mm in diameter and 86mm in height, making it unobtrusive in most spaces.

Size and Practical Fit

With dimensions of just 18x86mm, the puck light fits neatly into cabinets, under shelves, in pantries, or along dark corridors. Its small footprint means it can be placed in tight spots where larger lights would not suit.

Battery and Charging

A built-in 700mAh lithium battery powers the light. When fully charged, it can run for up to 4-6 months in Auto mode thanks to the efficient PIR sensor and LED chip. Charging is done via the included USB data cable, which can connect to any USB power source such as a phone charger, PC port, or power bank. A red indicator shows charging in progress, while a green light confirms a full charge.

Uses and Placement

The light is designed for flexible installation without tools. Its dual mounting options suit a range of surfaces and scenarios, from everyday home use to occasional emergency lighting.

Event or Professional Use

For mobile caterers, event organisers, or tradespeople working in dim areas, the light can be quickly repositioned using its magnet. It works as a rechargeable task light or flashlight when removed from its mount.

Everyday Home Use

In kitchens, cupboards, closets, or staircases, the light activates automatically when you walk past, eliminating fumbling for switches. Its PIR sensor only triggers in darkness, preserving battery life and avoiding daytime activation.

Night Emergency Lighting

The detachable design allows the light to be used as a portable torch during power cuts or nighttime emergencies. Its long battery life ensures it remains ready for use.

Benefits and Buying Value

This product reduces long-term costs through its rechargeable battery and low power consumption. Its ease of installation and minimal maintenance requirements add practical value.

Reuse and Low Maintenance

The rechargeable lithium battery eliminates the need for disposable batteries. Recharging takes place via standard USB, and the light's sturdy build means it can be reused across multiple locations over its 50,000-hour rated lifespan.

Why Choose This Product

The combination of wireless installation, long battery life, adjustable warm or white light, and reliable PIR sensor makes this light suitable for a wide range of indoor applications.
